Last September after the Starboard conference, I got in my head to try the sprint unlimited
in a race, how fast is it? Do something that perhaps hasn’t been done before, push the boundaries! The opportunity to do a race in the UK and overseas (perhaps) on an unlimited board is very limited:-) How about the Head Of The Dart (HOTD)?

Smoothiemania!
Hi peeps! Thought it would be good to tell you about my new nutrition regime-smoothies!
2 months ago my good paddling buddy and Zen master Scott Brown suggested I give it a try and the results are fantastic!
BaySUP turns up and blows out!
BU sports lab physiological testing Nov 14.
In August this year Bournemouth University (BU) contacted the BaySUP posse to see if we wanted to take part in some lab testing again with them. It’s a great opportunity and the guys and girls that took part last year found it fun and beneficial, so we went for it again as we seem to like pain and discomfort!
(Re)starting from scratch!
Ever since my last SUP race in late August, I’ve backed off paddling to rest and recover. I haven’t been sitting on my arse tho, I’ve doing light cross-training such as cycling, swimming and martial arts. Reflections of a SUP racing year
Totally stoked! An amazing season of sporting achievements for me, a reflection of all the hard work and quite a lot of uncontrollable elements (luck!) going my way. Still hard to believe….started with 2nd overall in our Frostbite series in April, through to 3rd in the last UK SUP clubs race in the Gower mid-August. Total series points meant 3rd overall and 1st Masters in the UK SUP clubs’ 10 race series (12’6″)!!
