Hi all, great little video from paddle technical training on Saturday. Rob twinged his back so was coach and videographer. He did a smashing job, great analysis and feedback on the footage.

This was so helpful for my improving my catch phase and worth a watch if you’re serious about SUP!

Hadn’t planned to do this race, but as it got closer thought why not? Use it as training for the series races; catch up with some folks and who knows, might win some money as well? It always comes in handy.
